ANDREAE Jean-Baptiste

After studies in the Fine arts School of Bordeaux, Jean Baptiste ANDREAE begins a career  in the advertising then in the computer graphics. He discovers the comic strip in 1991 further to his meeting with Mathieu Gallié. After Mangecœur, their first series celebrated in Angoulême in 1993, to Sierre in 1994 and in Angoulême in 1995, these two talented authors created a second series, Wendigo still to Vents d'ouest: a dive in the legends of the Big North. He dashes then alone with the series Terre mécanique ( Casterman) before drawing The Brotherhood of the Crab on scenario of the same Mathieu Gallié for Delcourt. Then in 2012, with Wilfrid Lupano in the feather, he draws the first volume of Azimuth to Vents d'ouest.
